Create & Connect: An Equine Experience

Join us for an intimate afternoon of connection, creativity, and community at Whispering Mare.

Surrounded by nature and the calming presence of the herd, this experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and gently return to yourself.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be guided through meaningful equine-assisted experiences focused on presence, awareness, grounding, and authentic connection. No horse experience is needed.

Alongside our time with the horses, you’ll also be invited into a reflective creative expression experience facilitated by a Registered Art Therapist. Through gentle prompts and guided exploration, you’ll have space to reflect, express, and connect in a supportive group environment. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and explore.

Your afternoon will include guided equine experiences, a facilitated creative expression session, connection and reflection in nature, light refreshments, and a small, intimate group setting.
